Terms and Conditions Contract – We Luggage

Service offered by We Luggage:
1.1. We Luggage provides a luggage storage service at its establishment located at Paraguay 4591, Palermo, Buenos Aires.

Generation of Codes and Receipts:
2.1. To use our services, the customer must provide the required information to the We Luggage employee, who will enter the data into the company’s system.
2.2. Once the data is entered, the We Luggage system will generate a code. This code will be printed on two receipts: one will be attached to the luggage for identification, and the other will be given to the customer for retrieval, and must be presented along with an ID for identity verification.

Price and Payments:
3.1. The price of the luggage storage service is published on the website https://we-luggage.com/.
3.2. Payments will be made according to the rates published on the website and may vary depending on the duration of the storage.
3.3. The length or duration of the storage rental will be measured in calendar days, where the first day charged will be the day the service begins, regardless of the time of the day it begins. If the service starts and ends during the same day’s opening times, only one day will be charged. If the service ends any other day, then the number of days charged will be equal to the first day plus every additional day, including the day the service finishes.

Recommendations and Responsibilities:
4.1. In the unlikely event of an incident at the We Luggage location, we have insurance that covers theft losses up to a maximum of USD 250 per suitcase, provided a police report is filed. We strongly recommend avoiding storing items that exceed this value.
4.2. We Luggage is not responsible for the loss of items inside the luggage, as it has no way to verify their existence during storage.
4.3. We Luggage will not open any luggage under any circumstances.

Right of Admission:
5.1. We Luggage reserves the right of admission if it considers that any luggage may not comply with the regulations accepted in the establishment.

Security and Cooperation with Authorities:
6.1. We Luggage reserves the right to call the relevant authorities if it is suspected that any luggage contains dangerous or illegal items.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
7.1. We Luggage reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website and will take effect immediately.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
8.1. The use of We Luggage services implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

By using the services of We Luggage, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions set forth above.
